Extensive Cleanup Needed in Berkeley Township With Water Damage

This Berkeley Township bathroom had a large amount of water damage due to a toilet backup. When it comes to handling water with contaminants, SERVPRO has the equipment and experience. The Before Photo shows no signs of the true scale of the damage. The water ran under the cabinet, behind the baseboards and because the seal on the grout was not intact, seeped under the tile flooring. SERVPRO techs needed to perform a controlled demo on the sheetrock behind the toilet and remove the vanity and tile to dry the subfloor. Odor control and disinfection are a large part of this type of loss before the repairs can begin.
