Hoarding and Bio-hazard Situation in an Apartment in Lakehurst, NJ

When you rent out an apartment, you hope that the tenants will take care of your property and treat it as if it were their own. Sometimes that is just not the case. This apartment in Lakehurst has not been cleaned in many months, if not a year or more. The tenants stopped taking the trash out and emptied the litter box on the floor in the kitchen, which attracted many bugs and critters. These photos show the window sill before with the dead bugs and feces and the after picture.
